How do I report a bug or a file that won't convert?
Email us the details — what tool you used, your browser, and the file type — and we'll investigate. You do not need to send the file itself.
Can I request a new tool or preset size?
Yes, please do. A lot of our presets and tools come directly from user requests.
Do you offer business or bulk use?
The tools are free to use for personal and commercial work. For partnership or API questions, email us.
