Your files stay on your device

PixelPrep runs every resize and conversion operation entirely inside your web browser using your own device's processor. We do not receive, store, or transmit the images or subtitle files you process. There is nothing to upload and nothing for us to leak — this is the core of how the site works.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names, emails, or the contents of your files. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as browser type and approximate region for security and reliability. We may also use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to count page views and see which tools are popular. This data is anonymous and is never linked to an individual.

Cookies and advertising

To keep every tool free, we may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
